Gusto founder Joshua Grim created GIG around his experience growing up on Indian Trails Farm, his family’s working farm in Pennsylvania.
ON THE FARM, JOSH GREW UP KNOWING THE JOY OF FARM-TO-TABLE COOKING, WHERE HARD WORK WAS REWARDED WITH HEALTHY, HEARTY MEALS.
After leaving the family, Josh worked on Wall Street where fell in love with the fresh Italian flavors that New York City is known for.
THIS PASSION LED HIM TO THE ITALY AND ITS FABLED COUNTRYSIDE WHERE FARM-TO-TABLE COOKING IS THE STANDARD.
Here Josh cultivated relationships with local chefs, gelato makers, and artisanal pasta makers whose input and inspiration contributed to the creation of Gusto’s hearty and wholesome menu.
This GIG menu has been lovingly designed with casual offerings that best utilize heathy grains and greens, hormone and antibiotic free meats, as well as fresh, locally sourced produce — with sauces and dressings made from scratch to complement and showcase our vibrant farm-to-table flavors.
